This is Virginia and Truckee Railroad engine #12, The Genoa, crossing a bridge V&T Coach #16. This was taken during an excursion trip in California, on the Stockton Terminal & Eastern Railroad. Engine #12 and Car #16 are both on display together today at the California State Railroad Museum, still paired up exactly like they are in this photo.
