Description

In the early 20th century, the Reno-Sacramento Lincoln Highway crossed the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks at Donner Summit. There was a snowshed at the point of the crossing. This underpass was built in the 1910s to allow vehicles to travel under the tracks.
