Source Caption: The second Reno Arch spans North Virginia Street around 1965, between Fitzgerald's Silver Dollar Club and the new Harolds Club extension. Behind the Arch is the new Whistle Stop Casino (formerly Poor Pete's Casino) between West Commercial Row and the railroad tracks, and the Harolds Club Pigeon-Hole Parking Garage at left, along West Plaza Street.
