Description
A car sits in a ditch on West Nye Street in Carson City. The caption says the car was washed off the road in a flood, but everything looks too dry for that to have happened. It could have just been a regular crash.
On the left of the street is the office building that now houses the Public Employees' Retirement System of Nevada. More office buildings and parking lots now sit on the right side of this road.
