This is Dick's Saloon in Carson City, in 1968. Signs advertise Coors, Hamm's, and Budweiser. The walls promise shuffleboard, pool, liquor on or off sale, and 24-hour operation. At the left corner is The Golden Ram Lounge.
I don't know for sure where Dick's Saloon was, but my source says it was on the site of the current Hardman House, at Carson and Ann streets.

I grew up in Carson City in the 60's and 70'2, and your location for Dick's is correct; it was torn down to build the Hardman House.
