South Virginia Street in Reno, near the intersection with Center Street. This part of town is now known as "Midtown". This was taken during road construction on Virginia. The prominent building is Hansel and Gretel children's clothing store. That building is an adult bookstore today.

Source Caption: My mom would load up all my brothers and sisters and head to Hansen & Gretal's at least once a year for clothing. Just south of Center St on S. Virginia. I believe the Solari Family owned the building. NOTE: Phone booth and used car lot. Cars $99-$999
