Source Caption: This photo was taken on what is now, the corner of Peckham Lane and Kietzke Lane. The man in the chair is my great grandfather, George E. Peckham. My grandfather is the boy to the right, James G. Peckham in the white shirt. James was County Commissioner in 1953 and built Virginia Lake by expanding the Cochran Ditch.
