Rainy Morning Steam

The is V&T Engine #25 pulling the morning train from Reno up a muddy Washington Street. It's been raining, and Carson Street is slick. There is no crossing gate on Carson Street so instead a man in a fedora stands (a little too close to the tracks) stopping traffic.
