Hwy 395

The road to Carson City, heading south out of Reno through the Truckee Meadows. There is a sign on the right for Moana Springs, so this is likely north of modern-day Moana Lane. This road was later Hwy 395; now Reno has expanded and this is part of Virginia Street.
