Description

In 1937, Engine #22 "The Inyo" was sold to Hollywood to be a movie star, and to raise extra money to keep the V&T Railroad running. This is one of the last photos taken in Carson City before it was shipped out. The V&T enginehouse behind it seems to already be crumbling.
