Reno Train Trench

Construction on the Union Pacific train trench in downtown Reno. This project, known as ReTRAC, took surface-level railroad tracks and put them underground to avoid automotive traffic. This view shows the support wall built underneath the historic Southern Pacific passenger depot. The old Railway Express Agency building is in the back, housing the Men's Club.
