Description

The Al Tahoe Inn was built in 1907 by Almerin Sprague. He named the entire neighborhood after himself. The hotel was at corner of Sacramento and Tallac Avenues in the Al Tahoe neighborhood of South Lake Tahoe. The hotel was demolished in 1965. At the time of this photo it was named the Liberty Inn.

(Not to be confused with Globin's Al Tahoe Hotel a few blocks away.)
