An old motel at 207 W 4th Street in Carson City. I believe this motel was once called Pepper's Patio Motel or Pepper's Court Motel. It later was used as monthly rentals. The main house was supposedly built in the 1870s, but it all was dismantled in 2007 and the land has been empty ever since.
