Description

The Wildflower Village motel on 4th Street. Wildflower Village was created out of 3 old motels, the Westerner, Silver Spur and Dutch Wife motels. This was low-income housing, but it was a also an art gallery, a wedding chapel, and a "hippie haven for local bohemians." This particular wing was the former Dutch Wife Motel, which was also known as the St. Francis. It was demolished in May 2017. Apartments are now on the site.
