1997 Flood

Flooding in Carson City in January 1997. This view looks at the flooded parking lot of the Plaza 50 shopping center. Across Lompa Lane is the Lucky's shopping center. That shopping center was torn down to build the Carson City Freeway. Honey Treat Yogurt can be seen on the corner.
