1983 Flood

Flooding in Carson City in January 1983. This view looks from the parking lot of the Plaza 50 shopping center at the intersection of Lompa and Hwy 50. This was before the freeway was built. You can barely see the marquee for the movie theater that was in the shopping center. The movie playing was Clint Eastwood's Honkytonk Man.
