Description

Flooding in Carson City in January 1983. This view looks at the drainage ditch in front of the Lucky's shopping center at the intersection of Lompa and Hwy 50. The freeway was later built on this site. The sign can be seen advertising Lucky Supermarket and Longs Drugs. A Port of Subs can also be seen. The building on the left is the Happy Steak.
