Description

The sign for Wildflower Village motel on 4th Street. Wildflower Village was created out of 3 old motels, the Westerner, Silver Spur and Dutch Wife motels. This was low-income housing, but it was a also an art gallery, a wedding chapel, and a "hippie haven for local bohemians." This sign was formerly the Westerner Motel sign. it was demolished in May 2017. Apartments are now on the site.
