Description

Downtown Reno, looking south on Virginia Street. The Reno Arch is lit up in the center. A giant billboard on the right for Harold's Club dominates the photo, but the Harold's Club casino is actually on the left side of the street. Other neon signs can be seen along Virginia Street, including the Hotel Riverside in the distance. The Riverside sign is partially blocked by the railroad crossing signal, which back then was on a pole in the middle of the road.
