Carson City's modern high school was built in the 1930s on Thompson Street, near King. It was replaced with newer schools over time, but it still survived into the 1980s, empty and condemned, until it was demolished. This view shows it in its last years. The school is in the distance, the gymnasium is in the foreground. A sign announces that the building is condemned. Bordewich Bray Elementary is on the left.
