V&T #11 In The Enginehouse

In the waning years of the Virginia & Truckee Railroad, many of the old locomotives were no longer needed. Several of them were stored inside the stone enginehouse until buyers could be found. Here is engine #11, "The Reno", with #20 "Tahoe" behind it. Both locomotives were sold to movie studios soon after.
