Caboose at the Federal Building

The old Post Office, now known as the Paul Laxalt Building, in downtown Carson City. Virginia & Truckee Caboose #24 is parked out front. This was the Chamber of Commerce Office from 1964 until 1975. The caboose is now at the Nevada State Railroad Museum, wearing red paint again as it did before it came to the V&T, rather than the V&T yellow and green seen here..
