South Lake Tahoe

Looking south on Hwy 50 in South Lake Tahoe, from Friday Avenue. On the left side of the street is the Tally Ho Motel. On the right is the Stardust Lodge. In the distance are other motels and the Raley's shopping center. There is a Welcome to California sign here, even though this is a few blocks south of the state line. Everything on the left side of the street was demolished in the 2000s to build Heavenly Village.
