Source Caption: Her 17 foot 10 inch beam considered slim for her near 170 foot length. Apparently according to Edward B. Scott author of Saga of Lake Tahoe marine engineering of the day called for narrow beams to increase hull speeds with a given horsepower so stability was sacrificed so she rocked a bit. She is remembered as a "roller".
