Description

The paddlewheel ship M.S. Dixie was retired in 1993 when a larger boat was built to replace it. The M.S Dixie II has been taking passengers ever since, but the original boat was taken to the Tahoe Keys for conversion to a barge. It now serves as a launching platform for fireworks every Fourth of July.
