An unidentified Observatory building. It does not seem to be Charles Friend's observatory on Stewart Street; the layout and siding are different. There is no indication of the location either, though the backdrop does look like Western Nevada.

A discussion thread on Facebook makes me think it is possible this was located at the southeast corner of Telegraph and Harbin Streets, and was demolished in the 1960s. https://www.facebook.com/groups/381732195096/10157216463250097/ This view is likely looking northeast from Harbin. The trees of Mills Park are in the background.
