Description

Before the Nevada State Railroad Museum was established, equipment from the Virginia and Truckee Railroad was stored in various places around town. In 1971 & 1972, some equipment was stored in a field in Mound House. This is V&T Combination No. 18, which had been damaged in a fire in 1961.
