An aerial view of downtown Reno, focusing on the area around the Truckee River. On the left side of the river are the Riverside Hotel and the old Post Office. On the right side of the river are the Hotel Mapes, the YMCA Building, the Majestic Theater, and the tower of the old City Hall. At the top of the photo is Wingfield Park. The water level in the river seems very high; this could have been taken during a flood.
