Description

The Lincoln Highway (Hwy 40), also known as the "Victory Highway", west of Reno. This is now West Fourth Street, and Interstate 80 was built further up the hill to carry the majority of traffic through here. The Southern Pacific Railroad tracks are squeezed between the bluff and the river to the right.
