Sunnyside Lodge

Sunnyside Lodge on Lake Tahoe's west shore. This was built as a private home in 1908, and turned into a public lodge and marina in 1946. It has now been expanded and remodeled with a restaurant and 23 guestrooms.

Source Caption: A visit to the Sunnyside Lodge on Lake Tahoe in July 1955.The lodge (near Tahoe City, CA) was originally built as a private summer home in 1908 and then in 1946 became a small lodge and marina. The current version of the lodge offers 23 rooms and the largest outdoor deck on Lake Tahoe.
