Description

Mary S. Doten School was built in 1912 at the corner of Fifth and Washington Streets in downtown Reno. It was one of the "Four Spanish Sisters", four nearly-identical elementary schools that were built around the same time. The school was closed in 1972 and demolished in 1974.
