Description

The Ponderosa Ranch theme park existed in Incline Village at Lake Tahoe from 1968 until 2004. It was based on settings and characters from the Bonanza TV show, which was said to take place near Tahoe. This is the Ponderosa Express train ride at the park, with Michael Landon posing in the cab for a postcard.
