Description

An aerial view of Downtown Carson City. Carson Street runs diagonal at the lower left of the photo. The large building in the center is the old post office and Federal Building, later named the Paul Laxalt Building. To the left is the Carson Nugget and the Rosser Building. The Nugget has already started building its large parking lot in the back along Plaza Street. The V&T stone enginehouse can be seen in the upper left of the photo. Northeast Carson City can be seen in the background, including Lone Mountain.
