Description

The '49er Motel was located on North Carson Street, north of the intersection with Hot Springs Road. The prospector sign was a familiar landmark to drivers coming into town from Reno. This postcard is dated May 25, 1971. The motel was removed for a car dealership in the 80s or 90s.
