Description

Three-year-old Thell Haines was the son of Albert E. and Vivian Haines. Here he poses with dog, tricycle, and Radio Flyer, in front of the offices of "The Nevadian Times", a short-lived Carson City newspaper. The Times was only published from Oct. 9, 1931 to July 5, 1935. The office was on Musser Street, just to the east of Carson Street. The Capitol Building would be out of frame to the right.
