Description

Oliver Kahle owned the Oliver's Club casino at the intersection of Hwy 50 and Kahle Drive at Stateline Lake Tahoe. This casino was built as the Tahoe Village Resort in 1946, near current-day Kahle Drive. Kahle had the casino demolished in 1965, and planned to replace it with this sprawling casino. It was never built, and the Douglas County Administrative Building is now on this site.
