Description

The Golden Spike Casino was at the corner of Carson and Washington streets. It was located in a former movie theater building. It closed in the mid 1980s and went up for sale, but ended up sitting vacant for nearly 15 years. Finally a new owner put the money into renovating it, and it is now the Washington Street Station office complex.
