This is downtown Reno, looking north on Virginia Street. The building on the left is the first Riverside Hotel, right on the banks of the Truckee River. This hotel burned in the 1920s and was replaced in 1927. A Model T is parked in front of the hotel while an old truck rattles by. In the background, on the other side of the river, is Reno's Masonic Hall.
