Description

Looking north on Carson Street from Proctor. On the far left you can just see part of a "cafe" sign, probably attached to the Silver Spur casino. Next to that is the Soda Grocery Bakery.

In the distance on the left you can spot the red brick of the Arlington Hotel. In front of that, the vibrant red sign is for the Ship Bar, which occupied part of the space that is the Horseshoe Club today. Across the street the Cafe Nugget's sign and prospector stands out.

On the right is the white facade of the Cash Mercantile building, and next to that is the awning and sign of the Pine Cone Cafe, on the ground floor of the Sweetland building.
