Description

V&T Caboose #24 sitting in a backyard in Carson City. Reportedly the house is Roy Boswell's Eagle Territory Museum at 310 Mountain St. The caboose was stored here after being acquired when the V&T ceased operation in 1950. Later it was put on display at the Federal Building downtown, and later still it was acquired by the Nevada State Railroad Museum.

Source Caption: Nevada Copperbelt caboose acquired by the V&T. I think the caboose is sitting somewhere in Carson City, but don't know where. Caboose is currently located at the Nevada State Railroad Museum.
